Interactive Report Designing

I'm sorry if repost this topic.
is it possible for designing or customize a report on the runtime?
I mean reports are designed and created directly in our browser.
drag and drop the data that will be printed in our report or something else.
And then report will be created.

Could you explain me how it will be, please ?
Or could you show me an example ?
I'm newbie..

Yes you can. This is what BIRT Studio does out of the box, and to a certain extent, what BIRT Interactive Viewer does. Check in the Products section.
