installing the patches

Hi,
I have a problem with Workflow server , which i explained below, somebody asked me to check if all the patches are installed properly, but i am not to know what are those patches, is it that NT_TS552_LSP1_1102a, can u tell me what are those patches are
the problem actualy i am having is :
I am using WorkFlowBuilder but when i try to connect to the workflow server, its gives different errors for different situation,
The erros are as follows:
1.When i give the port no at which teamsite is running, it hangs and after 5 min it gives timed out error
2. When i give the PORT no of webserver it tells "server component oF WFB not installed", but infact i have installed the server component, but i am unable to see the WorkFlow server running in the services, does it mean the WF server not installed or what, but infact i installed WFserver twice.
i am using id of master role

If you haven't already, you may want to contact Interwoven Support and see if they can work through this with you. My guess is that either something isn't running that should be running; something is using a port that you don't want it to use; or a patch that should have been applied wasn't; or something like that.
All of this is a bit hard to diagnose from a public forum like this.
