Bar Chart execution flow

<p>if i have set rows as output and am using that to plot bar chart.</p><p> </p><p>i have 5 series in bar chart.</p><p> </p><p>the bar chart is displayed such that x axis would have months from jan to dec and for each month count of 5 series are shown.</p><p> </p><p>could i know the flow behind execution of this logic in chart??</p><p> </p><ul class='bbc'><li>is it month first and then it scans through all rows of that month and goes through all series counts??</li><li>or it scans all rows, for each row it checks all series and counts???</li></ul>

<p><a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://birtworld.blogspot.com/2010/08/birt-charting-scripting-overview.html'>Here's a good blog</a> that gives a little overview as to the order that things are ran by BIRT when rendering a chart.  I'm not sure which it processes first, are you trying to control the order of the bars in your chart?</p>
