<p>One way you could do this is check the output format of the report in your text box doing something like this.</p><pre class="_prettyXprint">if (reportContext.getOutputFormat() == "XLS"){ this.text = "***BIRTCHECKBOX****";}else{ //html checkbox here}</pre><p>Then write a macro in excel checking for ***BIRTCHECKBOX*** and replace it with your checkbox from within that macro.</p>
