Modifying File Operation Options

Hi,
Is there a way to manipulate which file operation options are available in workflow? For example, I want the approvers to just be able to approve or reject. I do not want them to be able to edit the Data Record.

Here is my system info:

OS is : SunOS (5.8)
Version: 5.5.2 Build 14136 Interwoven 20021127.

You will also want to hack the WF a bit. In an early step, unlock the file and lock it as root/tsadm/. Then you lessen the chances of a change getting in. Of course, if the filesystem knew something about locks, then it would be bullet-proof. Now that sounds like a Smitty-like request. :-)
