background text (watermark)is not visible properly in birt report

<p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p>I have created a Birt report which as watermark for all pages using Actuate 11 version, I am facing an issue like the content in the water mark is not visible properly, some portion of the watermark content is chopped off. could anyone help me out on this?</p><p> </p><p> </p>
