I have a cross tab that has 3 group bys. The outermost group by, I apply a filter to so that it ends up being only one entry in my group by. Since every cell in my cross tab is part of this group, I want to hide the display of that group. How would I do that?

Here are screenshots to show what I mean:

I want to hide the column on the far left.

<img src='

So how would I hide this column but still use it in my group by?

Additionally, how would I prevent the empty boxes above my headers from appearing?

Thanks!
