Add link to Maximo page to launch report in "Browser View"

<p>Is there a way to configure a link on a Maximo page (View Requisition) that will launch a report in "Browser View", and not "Direct Print"? 
Out-of-the-box Maximo has the View Requisition > Pick List Report configured as "Direct Print" and we would like to change that to "Browser View".
