Logging of BIRT engine in "append" mode

<p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p>While instantiating the EngineConfig to run BIRT reports, I'm using below two commands for logging purpose:</p><p> </p><div>config.setLogConfig(directoryName, logLevel);</div><div>config.setLogFile(logFileName);</div><div> </div><div>This leads to open the log file as a new one overwriting its previous contents.</div><div>My requirement is that BIRT engine opens the log file in append mode so that my previous logs are maintained as it is.</div><div> </div><div>Kindly help me with the possible solution.</div><div> </div><div>Regards,</div><div>Radhe</div>
