how to compare year?

<p>Currently working on the report to compare year by check box...i can able to get value in list box but it cant be compare year so it can be do only by check box but am not familiar with check box and script do to.......</p><p>kindly help if any body have done this before or provide some idea on this..... attaching a report for reference...</p>
