Can't run BIRT Report Designer in Eclipse

When I start BIRT 4.3.1, I get this error: <img src='http://i.imgur.com/RX4zWOG.png' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> When I click the "Open Perspective" button, there isn't even a "Report Design" option. What's going on? Thanks!

There could be some problem with loading the plugins. Try re-starting the BIRT in clean mode as follows. eclipse -clean
