Exporting BIRT Report to PDF and saving on teh server

Do you'll have an example you'll can direct me or already created i can refer to. I need to create a BIRT report pass a parameter and need that report to be saved as a PDF on the server silently at a given location. Just need to knwo what code i got to embed in my report and where do i have to embed it so that the report saves as a PDF on the server at a location of choice.

ocremedios, If you are using the iServer, can the report be scheduled to run at specific times (once a day, once an hour, the first day of every month, etc.), or does it need to be "on the fly". The reason I ask is that you can leverage the Information Delivery API to run a SubmitJob (asynchronous) call that will produce output in PDF format, or you can run an ExecuteReport (synchronous) call that can then have the output consumed by a GetJavaReportPage call to produce a PDF file.
