How to change label of Y-axis for certain value?

<p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p>I have a bar chart that displays fine. I need to change the Value label of Y axis if value is 4.</p><p>See attached file. I tried making it a string instead of passing Integer but it errors. Also, I need it to be integer because I set the max y scale into 4 only. But 4 means N/A. is this possible?</p><p> </p><p>thanks</p>
