... previewing results in Edit Data Set window displaying fine. <ul class='bbc'><li>SQL data source</li><li>three separate lists to display<ul class='bbc'><li>the first two display fine</li><li>the third does display Header but no detail</li></ul></li><li>Visibility settings not set to hide</li><li>Data sets are all non-empty as verified by executing underlying queries in Edit Data Set window</li></ul>Suggestions welcome as I'm supposed to be deploying these reports by the end of this week...! However, I can provide a little more info. For the list that doesn't display, one characteristic for the dataset that distinguishes it from the lists that do display is that the query for the data set contains a Common Table Expression. Development environment is 4.3.1. As a test, I used the very same queries in development environment 2.6.1 and everything works as expected. Richard

Can you run the report using eclipsec.exe from a command line and let me know if your getting an stack trace?
