cross tab with ratio sub-total, ratio does not display in Web viewer

<p>Hi,</p><p> </p><p>I have built a crosstab with a ratio sub-total, thanks to Michael.</p><p>When I run the report to view in a PDF file, all is ok.</p><p>But when I run to view in a Web viewer, there are no ratio data to display, NaN is displayed instead.</p><p> </p><p>I can't find why.</p><p>Any Help ?</p>
