DataSource with C#

Hello everybody,

I have an application (C++/C#) that uses BIRT for its reporting function. Until now I provide the data to be reported in an xml-file.

This works fine so far, but lacks in performance issues.

Is there a posibility to have a similar approach like "scripting data source" (that can be used for POJOS) for the integration of a C++/C#-application?

I think an approach could be an custom-defined ODA-driver. Is that rigth? And is this the only way to integrate non-Java objects into the reporting feature?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Sebastian
