Templating using OpenAPI

Hi,

Is it possible to Open the Data Capture Template form by making use of OpenAPI for a specified Template Category and Data Type?

If yes, can someone write some sample code to execute the same ?

OpenAPI itself has no control over any GUI, and so OpenAPI cannot magically "Open the Data Capture Template form".
