failed to create server profile

hi, I created a simple datadesign using Actuate BIRT DPro. while I'm trying to publish it to the iHub server I tried to create server profile but I got this error : An operation on Acruate server failed.Reason:(404)Not Found Plug-in Provider: Actuate
Plug-in ID: com.actuate.istudio.shared
Error Code: null
 please help
