Print multiple reports on a single rpeort.

<p>Have a requirement , there are 4 different reports for a module in Maximo, need to print all the 4 reports at a time by creating a new report. Please suggest inputs.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Thanks.

<p>Make sure all data sets have different names. Create a new report and then copy (in the order you want to) from the 4 reports:</p><ul class='bbcol decimal'><li>One data source(since you are using Maximo all data sources are the same). </li><li>All data sets </li><li>Parameters (if some are the same you need to only copy once) </li><li>Content, preferably at the highest level. So if you have a grid with multiple tables just copy the grid as ll tables will move with them. </li></ul><p> </p><p>Should work. </p>

<p>So each report has 800 fields on it? And now you want a new report wit 2,400 fields in it? That is one ridiculously large report. Maybe a redesign of your reports is what you need.</p><p> </p><p>To answer your question if you want everything from the original 4 reports in the new report than yest you will need to copy all the data sets. If the some data sets are the same across the 4 reports then you should be able to get away with only copying this once as long the data sets have the same name across all the reports that use them.. </p>
