Issue Description: Line space before Bullets is not visible in BIRT report when exported to PDF. Note: The line space is coming properly in BIRT Web viewer but when we export to PDF that time in PDF version line space is not coming properly. Sample HTML Data:<html>Line before UL<ul><li>Test1</li><li>Test3</li><li>Test2</li></ul>Line after UL</body></html> RTE UI and BIRT PDF Screenshots are attached for reference.
