Add Files

I am using the configurable author assignment workflow and htne enabled the option ask include add files ... but my users have to go to refresh and then start task to select add files and then add them.

Is there a way i can by pass all these steps and get the add files window immediately after clicking on Run Job.

if not through this workflow is there a way i can do that..?
has any body implemented such functionality.

If your start task is a cgitask I believe it will pop up immediately after the job is started.

If the start task is a cgitask *and* owned by the user who initiated the workflow *and* you have immediate="t" set in the definition of the cgitask - *then* it should start automatically....
