Unable to View Reports within Eclipse

<div style="margin:-9px 0px 0px;"> </div><div style="margin:0px 0px 8px -8px;"> </div><p>Five of us have very similar PC environments:</p><p> </p><p>- Windows 7 on 64-bit machines
- Eclipse 4.3 Kepler with BIRT 4.3.2
- Java 8 with no other versions installed</p><p> </p><p>Initially, none of us able to preview reports via the "Preview" tab, nor were we able to view reports via the "View Report in Web Viewer" menu option.</p><p> </p><p>When selecting the "Preview" tab, a blank page was displayed, even for a simple text-only "Hello World" report. We solved this problem (from an online search result) by adding the following two declarations to the "eclipse.ini" files:</p><pre class="_prettyXprint">-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.DefaultType=ie,mozilla-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.IEVersion=9999</pre><p>However, we are still not able to view reports via the "View Report in Web Viewer" menu option, and we cannot find a solution for this.</p><p> </p><p>Selecting the "View Report in Web Viewer" option from the "View Report" menu displays the following error-message:</p><pre class="_prettyXprint">HTTP ERROR: 500Problem accessing /viewer/frameset. Reason: Server Error
