Date Calendar with Date Parameter

Hi, i am trying to add Calendar in BIRT report parameter so got this link <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://terrarum.net/blog/adding-a-calendar-widget-to-birt.html'>http://terrarum.net/blog/adding-a-calendar-widget-to-birt.html </a> after follow this Calendar is working only when we run the report in web viewer. But i need Calendar when we run the report on xlsx or xlx formats, please let me know how to fix it ASAP. i am waiting your valuable reply.

Hi, I don't understand exactly your issue. xls or xlsx are output formats, like PDF. You can choose to view the report in xls, but you will always have to specify your parameter.

yes when i view the report in xls , where we have to specify parameter then date filed does not contain the calendra, so i want calendra on date field

Hi, If you want a Calendar widget on the parameter, I recommend you use the new BIRT Viewer Toolkit, which includes a calendar popup. Hi, as pricher said, try the new Birt Viewer Tool Kit. BTW, I've tested it with your solution, works perfecly.How did you use the BIRT engine ? Did you call the xlsx generation with URL ?
