Birt auto adjust table column height in excel view

I am developing a birt report in which i need to generate the excel file.File is generating successfully but the issue is if the text in any column is greater than 30 words,Than that text is not being dislpayed completly.To view the complete text,User have to increase the column width in excel file manually.Is there any way to adjust the column height and width according the text coming in Dynamic text Item. Thanks

What version of BIRT are you using? I'm not sure off the top of my head but the spudsoft emitter might be what you're wanting to use.
