I made this .datadesign object and can i use it as source for report for example chart? it seems that not? I am using BIRT Designer Professional

Why do you say it seems not. If you are using Actuate BD Pro, one of the data source options is 'Actuate Data Object Source'. Us that and you can select either .datadesign or .data files.
