Hi, The auto-suggest text box gives you the functionality you are asking for, which is to get rapidly to the area of the list you want by typing the first characters of the string. It is a very standard interface, used by Google and many others.... I don't understand why you need the same thing in a combo box. Regards, P.

Rahul, as pr says auto-fill is not an option for combo boxes / drop-down lists. However, if you use cascaded parameters with multiple datasets and filters, you can achieve the effect of grouping the first / top level based on a portion or substring of your data. Take a look at the simple example I've attached. Thanks RG
