Creating multiple outputs for record with quantity field greater than 1

I have a data set that has a quantity field. I am trying to display each record in a table once per quantity value. For example, if the quantity is 1 it should show once. If the quantity is 3 it should display 3 times in the table. Is there a way to do this?

So the easiest way to do it is to create a text field and write javascript code like
