<p>While using RHEL i was getting following error while running install.sh</p>

<p>cannot access /usr/lib/libstdc++*: No such file or directory</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Install both 32 and 64 bit versions of libstdc++ library</p>

<p>I was able to solve them by running following commands</p>

<div>sudo yum upgrade libstdc++</div>
<div>sudo yum install libstdc++.i686</div>
<div>sudo yum upgrade zlib</div>
<div>sudo yum install zlib.i686</div>

<p>I get this error in the log file : com.actuate.repository.file.RepositoryFilePermissionException after installing and when trying to log in. </p>

<p>Per discussion in a case with uduwaAdmin, the issue was caused by renaming the machine after installing the product.</p>
