Tabular Representation of report

Hi All,
 
I have attached a excel book having 2 sheets.
I want same type of sheet after exporting content of report.
In each sheet There is information of each team.
In each sheet there are 3 reports named Report1,Report2,Report3.
 
Please give me a idea how to build same report for each team which will get printed in seperate sheets.

Hi, When you make an Excel export, BIRT create one sheet for each page in a report. So if you have one report with 2 pages, you'll have in excel, one Workbook with 2 sheets. In your case, you can design your report 1 / report 2 /report 3 inside the detail row of a table for instance, and on this table create a group on the Team number with a page break after each group I'll design you a short example

Hi, the best way is to add an aggregation on the bottom of your column. Here is the previous report updated with an aggregation placed in the table footer.

I am facing problem while adding aggrigation. I have attached the screenshot of the error.
 
Steps i did:-
 
1. Added aggrigation element from quick tools in footer of the table.
2. Filled the aggrigation pop up as per attached screenshot named aggrigation.png
 
After running the report i got error.

You've a binding problem.
 
In your case (or is the example) you have a "master" table. Inside this table, you have several other tables. Those child table have to be binded individually AND linked to the master table on the field used in the group.
 
So you have to do this.
1) Create the parent table, bind it to the data and name it PARENT
2) Create the group inside the PARENT table
3) Create a child table inside the group header, bind it to the dataset and name it CHILD1
4) Go to filter, Add.. and create a filter row["team_name"] equal to (build expression) the column team_name of your PARENT table
5) Repeat the operation for the second table (you can name it CHILD2).
6) Manage the child table individually, so in your case, just simply create an aggregation for each table and each column
