change locking model

Hi out there,

is it still true, like said in a post from 08/06/02, that it is is impossible to change the locking model once it is set on a branch?

I haven't seen anything different. Keep in mind, you can recreate the branch then copy the entire WA over. It shouldn't be a lot of work.
