Link two report elements.

Hi All,
 
I want to create a report like my attached screenshot.
In table naukri,monster these are hyperlinks. Suppose i will click on Naukri then chart will show for naukri monthly basis.
 
One more thing i don't want whole report will get refreshed only chart will get refresh on click of hyperlinks.
Please help me for this.

This can be done easily in commercial BIRT, I do not know a way in OS BIRT without rerunning the whole report. An alternative is to have 2 reports within a HTML page.
