org.eclipse.birt.report.service.api.ReportServiceException: Failed to open the report document.

Birt version 3.7, the report (a crosstab doing calculations) works fine in birt designer and maximo test site, but after it is imported in production( maximo is 75), got the error( Please see the attachment err file).
 
Some suggests to change the data set query time out, could anyone tell where to set it for birt 3.7. btw, the database is oracle.

The problem solved, it is because the time out settings, after reset the time out, the report works fine. here is how to set it:
From designer: window>preferences>report design>data set editor> JDBC Data Set.
