<p>Take a look at the example I posted. I created a header in my table, bookmarked the label, the wrote a little JS in a text element below it to hide if the pageNumber is greater than 1.</p>

<p>In the example I posted eariler you should only need to change the script to this</p>

if(pageNum == 1) {
document.getElementById('header').style.display = 'none';
}
</script>
</pre>
<p>This will hide the header on the first page but show on the rest.</p>

<p>You're welcome! I revisited this and found this solution to be easier. Put the following code in the on render of that row:</p>

this.getStyle().display = "none";
}
</pre>
