Cross tab with no measured, computed column but value column

Hi,
 
I'm new to BIRT. Thanks to BIRT, and every one in this community, I was able to create my first cross tab. But now, I'm facing another problem with crosstab, I have searched the forum and even forum eclipse/BIRT, but I can't find the result. Here is my problem:
 
I have table from sql query like attached image.
