as we all know the max_row for excel is 1048576 reference the code below:

public static final int MAX_ROW_OFFICE2007 = 1048576;
 
 
suppose one report has more than 1048576 records. how to handle this kind of problem?

Have you tried setting the page layout to auto and setting your page break interval on your page to around 1000000 using the xlsx emitter? This should force a new sheet in the workbook after the number of rows specified.

As I try to new ExcelOptions and setOutput formate as xlsx. But it seems not support?

XLSX was not supported until 4.3. For 3.7.2, you'll need to download the Spudsoft Excel emitter or another like it.
