<p>I recently installed the newest version of eclipse : Luna. And using the update manager I installed all of the BIRT modules available at this link:</p>

<div>When I click on the "view report" button in the toolbar, the report window comes up, doesn't ask for parameters and then loads a blank report (only the title appears and export/save/print features).</div>

<div>I tried to switch the preferences to "use external browser", but this doesn't seem to help. </div>

<div>If I view as PDF, the parameter dialog comes up and creates the PDF as expected.</div>
