IBM logos replaced problem

HI, All,
Thanks in advance for your kind assistance!
After the two IBM logos are replaced to new ones, updated MaximosystemLibrary.rptlibrary is imported into maximo site with new logos, but so far only one report does not show any logos ( only two black boxes with X), the rest reports display new logos well. This report does have master page with the IBM logos and using MaximosystemLibrary.rptlibrary.
Could anyone help this, thanks very much!

And you've checked to make sure everything is set up properly with those images? Have you tried deleting them and starting over? Maybe restart BIRT to see if that will clear the issue?

Do you mean to restart birt node from maximo website ?

In theory, all reports should be able to get the replaced logos, but some of them got it, some does not.
Again, your help is really appreciated!

What else differentiates those that show the correct logo and those that don't?

There should be no difference except the report contents ,but somehow when I open the report (say A report, which does not display logos) and another one( say B ) from birt designer, A does not pick up the logos automatically but B does. 
And for the master template page, A report has "Note: this report item from the library has been modified. To restore the original library item, click on (a window logo)" restore properties", and B does not have this.
Any clue about this? Thanks a lot!

Have you tried clicking on the restore properties? It sounds like something about the image in report A was changed since being brought in from the library and this isn't the case for the image in report B. OR, the image in report B is not tied to the library and something is wrong with the library that report A is using.

Yes, it is clicked, but still not work. The workaround is to edit the logos inside designer, and it works fine after it is imported into maximo site.
