I need some help accessing the examples described here:

I don't get it what I have to do, I always try to extract the org.eclipse.birt.chart.examples_4.4.1.v201408290142.jar and import it as a project but it doesn't work.
When i try to import the "project" i get the message "No projects are found to import"
I know that I misunderstood something but i don't know what.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but could you help me please?

Try using the JavaEE project and point at the org.eclipse.birt.chart.examples_4.4.1.v201408290142.jar that you've imported into your workspace.

I have just solved my problem.
I created a new project, included the BIRT libraries and used Import->FileSystem on the extracted folder.
It works so far.
 
I don't know what you meant exactly but thanks anyway.
Maybe I'll have to ask you sooner or later

Glad you were able to solve the issue!
 
I just meant to import as a JavaEE project. When I tried the others, I got that no projects were available. When I did JavaEE, it recognized the file and the project.
