HTML href value from row data

<p>I am currently using a Text element with HTML Content type. The content is as follow:</p>

<p>The value of row["PayVendor_G2aPayVendorLine"] is displayed as a link when previewing the report. However, I would like to use the same value as part of the link. The above contet does not work. The link only displays "<a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://localhost:8080/Invoices/'>http://localhost:8080/Invoices/".</a></p&gt;

<p>I have also tried adding VALUE-OF to the href, but it does not work either, same result as the first one:</p>

<p>Is there anything I am missing? I am using the same row data value for the link display and the href.</p>
