Lock first 'n' columns of report table

I'm trying to lock the first 'n' column(s) of a report table, and provide a way to scroll the remaining columns left/right. Is there a table object that will do this? I've tried nesting and side-by-side tables with identical data, however the effect is less than desirable. I think the only way to get the desired effect is to somehow mimic the "Freeze Pane" functionality in Excel.

Not a table element in BIRT that does this specifically, but with some bookmarks and a little client side script, you can get it done. This report was created in 4.4.0. Run it in HTML.

Are you able to upload the report?

Struggling with a similar issue. Running 4.5 and the overflow option wasn't working so hoping that I could use bookmark option.
