Patch to Login Issue with Chrome 38.0.2125 and BIRT iHub F-Type

Symptom:
When trying to login to BIRT iHub F-Type after Chrome has been update to version 38.0.2125, the login screen appears partially blank and you are unable to login. 
 
Solution:
Apply the patch in the attached file. Follow instructions in the readme.txt.
 
This patch is for BIRT iHub F-Type only. If you are using BIRT iHub (not F-Type) please contact customer support for the correct patch.
