installtion of birt iHub ftype stops at 95%

cant figure out why installation of Birt Ihub f-type always stops at 95%
 
pc configuration
i5 4gb with more then 3 gb free ram and 8 gb free hard disk space for installation

What OS (including version and service pack) are you using for the installation?
 
If Windows:
 -What user runs the installation (are they part of the Administrator group)?
 -What user is set to run the services (are they part of the Administrator group as well)?

it is windows7 ultimate sp1 without any updates and i am using administrator account with all privaleges

I am getting an access denied error when attempting to retrieve the install log file.
This being said, do you have any anti-virus software running during the installation?
Additionally, are you right clicking the executable and selecting "Run as Administrator" to perform the installation?
