Vertical Text Plugin Birt 3.7.1

<p>I'm using Birt 3.7.2 and i'm trying to a data item vertically.</p>
<p>I saw that I need special plugins (Birt Controls Library and Birt Function Library) but I don't find the URL I need in order to add the good repository to my Eclipse (in the "Install New Software" menu).</p>
<p>Can you please help me ?</p>
