The resource of this report item is not reachable birt 3.7

Dear Team,
 
I am using birt-rcp-report-designer-3_7_2 version in our local development.
 
In this development we are text and image data through Rich Text Editor in our application.
 
Earlier its working fine. Suddenly its giving a problem. Images are not fetching from URI location.
 
While enter images in RTEditor its saved in server location.like "opt/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/capitas_test/uploadedimages"
 
 
Each and everytime image pulling from uploadimages folder and showed in report in pdf format.
 
Now we change RTEditor Url like <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://XXXXXX.com/kkklogon.jsp '>https://XXXXXX.com/kkklogon.jsp </a>
 
this link we configured domain server its equivallent to http:10.10.35.52:8001/
 
 
When ever i give http imahes will pulling successfuly in report, but while using domain server link like https
 
images are not showing in report. its just showing the message in report like "The resource of this report item is not reachable".
 
Kindly help us how to resolve this issue. Please attached generated report. In image part it showing like a message "The resource of this report item is not reachable ". Awaiting for ur response.

Could you attach a sample report design which demonstrates how you are pulling the images in through the URL?
 
The most frequent reason I see the "The resource of this report item is not reachable" within a PDF output is due to the image not being available during server side generation of the report. Typically in these situations the image is being loaded later on during the client side processing of the report.
 
My inkling is that your previous configuration made the images available during server side rendering of the report whereas the new configuration they are not yet available which is why they are not displaying in PDF output.

Please find the rpt file, We still facing the problem in report.
 
The resource of this report item is not reachable. 
 
Now the image there in DB and we able access the manually in internet explorer same image url link.
 
But while generating through application we are gettting error the resource of this report item is not reachable.
 
Kindly suggest its really helpful to us.

Where in the report that you attached are the URI image(s) located?
I am not finding any images configured through URI.
