Additional chart label with value from the dateset (without another series)

Hello,
 
I created a chart from dataset where I have values like date1, value in integer, value in percent, etc. Field date1 is on X, field value in percent is on Y, and label on Y is value in percent. Now I want to add another label (with value in integer below value in percent (I don't want to create another series). It is possible and how to do it in Birt ? I'm using Eclipse Helios Version.
