pageNumber variable set with param

<p>I have a request where the business will add (external) pages in front of the birt report. They would like to send the startingPage param and see the page X of Y of the report begin with X=startingPage. Is this possible using version 3.7 BIRT Report?</p>

<p>Absolutely. Put a text item on the master page and put code like this in the onRender event:</p>
