<p>Anyone can help to slove this problem. I got a report that had some master page and layout. The layout table can generate data rows. The data rows may be more than 16 or less. If data rows exceed than 16 it should be displayed in next page with master else. If data rows less than 16 empty rows to be attached with it.</p>

<p>The big problem is the layout table should be attached with master page. check for attachment that I have worked.</p>
