Yes, you can embed BIRT reports in a website. I highly recommend that you start reading the topics in the <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://developer.actuate.com/deployment-center/'>Deployment Center</a> section of developer.actuate.com. This will give you ample information about the different ways of integrating BIRT into your website.
