How to confirm if Barcode result is correct

I'm unsure if my barcode results are working in v4.3.2. I downloaded the barcode .jars and created a test report to display two barcode results, one as a hardcoded value and the other from a dataset field. When viewing the results, there's no errors and the barcodes do appear. However, the barcode values are not displayed under the barcodes and I'm not sure if my barcode configuration is correct. Attached is my report example and test results. Thanks.

Do you have a device with a barcode scanner such as a smart phone with a barcode scanner app?
 
The easiest test would be to use a barcode scanner to actually read the barcodes you are generating. That should tell you straight away if the the barcodes being generated are valid and accurate.

An easy way is to use a <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='http://www.keepdynamic.com/dotnet-barcode-reader/'>bar code scanner</a> for checking it, you can compare the decode data with encode data by this way.
