Chart not visible in Maximo

I have a summary report that includes a hyperlink to a detail report. The detail report includes tabular data on the first page and a chart on the second page. Reports are published in iHub and work as designed. However in Maximo, the second page appears without the chart. An outline appears where the chart should be and an image icon in the upper left corner of the box as if the image file was not found. Any ideas as to why the chart does not appear in Maximo but it does in iHub?

Are you using HTML5 charts?
 
What version of iHub, BD Pro are you using?

I am not sure about the HTML5 chart.
The report was originally designed in Open Source
Version: 3.7.1
Build id: M20110909-1335
 
It was later modified in BDPro
Actuate BIRT Designer Professional 
Version: 4.2.3
Build id: v20140910

Maximo 7.5.0.6

Maximo 7.5 uses BIRT 3.7.1, I think. A BIRT 4.2.3 report will not always work with Maximo 7.5.

A BIRT 4.2.3 report cannot be published in Maximo, only 3.7.1, you are correct. This report is published in iHub, not in Maximo. Viewing the report through ERI.

OK, so are you saying that if you login to iHub you see the report fine. However when you use Maximo and ERI and view the same report that is on the iHub the chart does not appear?

OK, that is just weird. Can you contact support as we will need to see this in action to further analyze why this is happening.
